Mistakes happen we get it, due to the nature of how we produce products returns are on a case by case basis & can be done if something is physically wrong with the product. Exchanges for pre order/made to order product is not possible.

If a return is granted customer will receive a full refund of funds & refunds will be returned to your account in a time determined by your bank. We do not control when funds are released.
